    Of course, all businesses make extensive use of computers. But have you ever noticed that most dental practices still seem to keep track of everything in a jumbled, giant cardboard folder? Well, in dentistry, organization is important. That's why we use the latest computer guided charting systems to keep track of your needs, treatment and concerns. Computers in each room provide us with instant access to all your data. It all adds up to a faster, more efficient and accurate visit every time you come in.

  • Odyssey soft tissue laser
    Powering the design of the Odyssey Diode Laser is a passion for better dentistry made possible through the use of the most sophisticated, precise and minimally invasive technology available. The Odyssey Diode Lasers now enable the dentist to easily and safely perform many soft tissue procedures.  Many doctors fear the potential of patient post-operative complications and patient discomfort associated with scalpel incisions or electrosurge.  The Odyssey Diode Lasers cut and coagulate at the same time, thereby facilitating immediate hemostasis, less tissue charring, less postoperative healing time and fewer post-operative complications including less chance of infection. It performs minor surgical procedures and in addition, eliminates bacteria from the area at the same time. Sutures are rarely needed for laser wounds and many soft tissue procedures around the gingiva can be completed without anesthesia for greater patient  comfort.  The laser is also used to help speed the healing of cold sores and fever blisters.

    Cerec is an acronym for Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics.  Using CAD/CAM technology, a dentist can restore damaged teeth in a single appointment using a high quaity ceramic material that matches the natural color of other teeth.  A tooth colored restoration means no more silver mercury fillings discoloring smiles.  The restoration is natural-looking, compatible with tissue in the mouth, anti-abrasive and plaque resistant.  Dentists no longer need to create temporaries or take impressions and send them to an outside laboratory.  Because of this, the traditional second visit has been eliminated.  This technology can be used to create : partial crowns, full crowns, porcelain inlays and onlays, porcelain veneers or laminates.

  • Digital X-rays
    Digital radiography is high performance technology that's enviromentally friendly (no more film or chemicals), reduces exposure to radiation (by about 80%)  and allows more time with patients.  The x-ray is instantly displayed on the computer monitor.  This allows the patients to be involved in diagnosis and treatment planning in a way that just wasn't possibe with traditional film.
