One of the best ever!

I have spent enough time in dental chairs to know the good from the bad. I have had full orthodontics work up at the OHSU School and multiple fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions. Most all have been good, but Dr. Chau and her staff are to be commended. I always feel welcomed and comfortable from the time I stepped in to the time of the shot. Never felt it! Fillings? Never felt it! Chalk this up as a very good experience.....well as nice as any dental visit can be. I will refer Washougal Family Dental to friends and family without hesitation.

Dr. Chau and the entire staff at Washougal Family Dental greet you by
name and with a smile. They are very friendly, personable,
compassionate and qualified dental professionals. They always explain
in detail the treatment options and the costs, so there is never a
suprise in what you will experience or what you will be billed. They
will always ask you to let them know if there is any discomfort during
the treatment so they can make you comfortable. They have worked
closely with my insurance company to make sure that the billing is
always correct.

I used to hate going to the dentist because it was always a painful
and scary experience. I would be very stressed out and uncomfortable.
Then I found the staff at WFD. Now, that I know I will have painless
and gentle treatments, I feel absolutely no stress about going. It has
been a great relief to find these professionals to take care of my
family. My 2 sons actually look forward to going to WFD twice a year
to have their teeth cleaned and checked. The staff makes us feel safe
and secure and we have never had a painful or negative experience

I cannot express enough how wonderful Dr. Chau and her staff have
treated my family and I am sure you will have the same experience.
